Getting started

1. Create your household

Sign up with your email address and give your household a name. Everything you capture from then on belongs to that household, not to you personally, so nothing is lost when someone changes phone or email.

2. Walk the setup wizard

The first time you sign in, Conquish offers a short setup wizard. It is skippable, and you can come back to it from your dashboard at any time — the setup card on the home screen tracks what is still missing.

3. Invite the household

• Settings, then Household, then invite by email address.
• Each member gets a role: owner, admin, member or limited.
• Money, Insurance and Documents are sensitive areas — a member only sees them if you grant that area to them.
• The Free plan covers one user. Premium opens the household up to everyone who lives there.

4. Put in the first few things

• Add two or three tasks you are actually carrying in your head.
• Photograph a vehicle licence disc so the renewal date is captured for you.
• Add the plumber and the school to Contacts.
• Start a shopping list — everyone can tick items off as they shop.

What happens next

Reminders start arriving before things are due rather than on the day. The assistant can answer questions about anything the household has captured, and suggest the next thing to do.
