Signing documents
Leases, school forms, service agreements — most household paperwork needs a signature and a date. Conquish lets you do that on your phone and keeps the signed copy with everything else.
Open DocumentsSet up your signature once
Go to My account, find the Signature section, and draw your signature with your finger or your mouse. Add the name and initials you want printed alongside it. Your signature is stored privately against you — nobody else in the household can use it.
Sign a document
- Open Documents and choose the pen icon on any PDF.
- Conquish scans the pages and marks likely spots for your signature, name, initials and the date.
- Tap a field at the top, then tap the page to add a spot. Drag any spot to move it, or remove it with the cross.
- Press Sign and save.
What gets saved
The signed copy appears in Documents as a new file ending in “— signed”, linked back to the original, which is never altered. If Google Drive backup is set to automatic, the signed copy is backed up too.
This is a convenience signing tool rather than a certified digital-certificate service. Each signed file carries a short “Signed in Conquish” footnote with the date for traceability.
