Privacy and how your information is held
Conquish holds household paperwork, so how it is stored matters as much as what it does. This is the plain-language version; the full detail is in the privacy policy.
Isolation by household
Every record is stamped with a household. The database itself enforces that a request can only ever read rows belonging to a household you are a member of — it is not a filter in the app that could be bypassed.
Documents and files
Uploaded files are held in private storage and served through short-lived links to signed-in members with access to that area. They are never publicly addressable.
What the assistant sees
When you ask the assistant a question, it is given a summary of your household's records so it can answer. It respects the same area permissions you do: if you cannot see Money, neither can your assistant answers. It never writes anything until you confirm.
